Who We Are
Robologic Payments Pty Ltd is a licensed payment facilitation company based in Windhoek, Namibia (Reg. No. 2024/0453). We hold funds in a dedicated merchant bank account while switching, transmitting and processing payment instructions between institutions, merchants and users, giving our clients one trusted place to collect, pool, reconcile and disburse funds. We serve schools, unions and membership bodies, medical aid funds and insurers, public programmes, enterprises and SMEs. We do not take deposits, extend credit or issue electronic money; settlement banking is provided through licensed Namibian banking partners.

Our platform runs on a single secure processing core covering collection, bulk payouts, reconciliation and reporting, accessed through a merchant and institutional portal. We build on modern, secure fintech infrastructure with encrypted transaction handling, API-based integrations and automated workflows, so partner institutions and merchants can move funds reliably, track activity in real time, and scale as their needs grow.
